Classic Minute Rice Pudding - Make this dessert in 10 minutes 🍂
Hi everyone!
Today we are making this delicious & creamy rice pudding. It is made with minute rice and can be done in 10 minutes! The perfect dessert!
Make it, you’re gonna love it!
Ingredients:
3 cups milk
1 cup minute rice
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cinnamon stick (optional)
Cinnamon for garnish (optional)
*may also use the rind of half of a lemon if desired*

@@Healthevoid Hi! You can replace the cream cheese with Greek yogurt, sour cream or even cottage cheese. If you use cottage cheese, I suggest blending it until smooth before adding it in. Hope this helps 😊
